Crane Appraisal Services was established by Jerry Crane in 1995. Jerry had been working as a real estate appraiser for 12 years. In 2002, Deborah Sacerty, Jerry's daughter, joined him at the firm as a candidate appraiser and office manager. Together they ran the organization for 14 years, offering their services in Mississauga, Brampton, Caledon, Halton, Milton, Dufferin, and surrounding areas.
After a long and successful career of 35 years, Jerry chose to retire to enjoy the finer things in life. In 2020, Deborah acquired her CRA designation and re-launched the company. Today she manages the family business and continues to offer coverage in the same surrounding areas. With about 20 years of experience, Deborah has been delivering big city results with her small-town warmth and charm.
